Three nights and the nightly rate wins. Four and it does not. If you are somewhere around that line, ask for the week.
The studio is not in this section. It has no nightly rate, so there is no multiplication to do and we will not invent one.

Two rows need explaining. Motel 6 quotes its weekly rate per night rather than as a package: $45 a night, labeled a weekly rate, with a seven night minimum. Seven nights at their own stated minimum is $315. That is their arithmetic, not ours.
Blue Lakes Inn publishes two weekly figures at the same time. Their body copy and their FAQ say $480 a week. Every page title and meta description on the site says $360 a week, and $360 is the figure that turns up in a search result even though it appears nowhere in the visible copy on the page. Both were live on September 2, 2026. We cite both because quoting only the $480 would flatter us and quoting only the $360 would be picking their number for them.
Of every weekly figure in that table, $250 is the lowest published weekly rate in Twin Falls. That is the claim, and it is a claim about published weekly rates on one dated afternoon. It is not a claim about our other two weekly figures, and the next section says exactly where one of them loses.

Blue Lakes Inn answers "We offer both weekly and monthly rentals with flexible terms..." The per night number sits on one page; the stay length answer sits on another, listing weekly and monthly.
New Leaf publishes a single at $65 a night or $250 a week. 250 / 7 = 35.714285..., which is $35.71 a day across seven paid nights. A double is $75 a night or $275 a week, and 275 / 7 = $39.29 a day. A studio is $325 a week, sold by the week, no nightly rate, so no daily figure.

Published weekly rates, read September 2, 2026. Every per day figure is that week divided by seven paid nights. Blue Lakes Inn runs both of its figures at once. Motel 6 is a booking engine quote. Of the Twin Falls lodging businesses publishing a weekly rate, $250 was the lowest we read that day.
The single steps down again. A stay of up to 30 days is $1,000. That is a flat price for the stay, so it comes to $33.33 a day only if you use all thirty: 1000 / 30 = 33.333... Thirty days at the weekly rate would be 250 / 7 x 30 = $1,071.43, so the 30 day rate saves $71.43. Canyon Springs publishes $1,100 a month, which is $36.67 a day, and Blue Lakes Inn $1,600 a month, which is $53.33 a day. Theirs renew. Every New Leaf reservation is capped at 30 days, so for a longer stay we are not the right business.
What we are not claiming. We are not saying either motel rents by the week only. Neither minimum stay answer above states a number of nights, and we leave it there. We are also not cheapest for one night: Canyon Springs publishes $45 and our single night is $65. And $35.71 takes seven paid nights, the same way $33.33 takes all thirty days.
Room type decides the address. A single is at nine of our twelve addresses, a double at eight, a studio at nine. Where somebody else is cheaper
Canyon Springs Extended Stay publishes "Rates as low as $45 a night!" on their own site. That is below our $65 single. If the lowest published nightly number in this town is what you want, that is not us and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Motel 6 has no rack rate at all. Their booking engine quoted $56 to $61 a night at the member rate for October 14 to 15, 2026, against a struck through $64 to $69. The same engine quoted $95 a night for September 1 to 2, 2026. Those are live quotes for named dates, not a standing price, and a chain moves them daily. On a quiet midweek night in October a chain room can land under $65. On the night before a holiday it will not.
The week is not a clean sweep for us either. Our $250 single is the lowest weekly figure published in town and our $275 double is still below all three of theirs. Our studio is not. At $325 a week it sits above Canyon Springs at $295, and above the $315 that Motel 6's own seven night minimum works out to. It is below Blue Lakes Inn on either figure they publish. If a studio is what you want and price is the only thing deciding it, Canyon Springs publishes a lower week than we do.
What the $250 and the $275 are is a published rate card rather than a live quote for a named date. That is the difference worth holding on to when you set them beside a chain's booking engine, which returns a different number depending on when you ask it.
One more place we do not compete. Canyon Springs publishes monthly rentals beginning at $1,100 a month and Blue Lakes Inn publishes monthly rentals beginning at $1,600 a month, both on their own sites on September 2, 2026. Blue Lakes Inn also advertises "As low as $53/night when you book a month!", which is a monthly commitment rather than a walk in price. Our card has a nightly rate and a weekly rate and stops there. A long stay here is booked as weeks.
What the rest of the market publishes
SureStay by Best Western on Blue Lakes Blvd N publishes no weekly rate, no monthly rate and no extended stay rate anywhere on their site, and the rate filter inside their booking engine has no extended stay option. That engine quoted $144.32 to $184 a night for September 1 to 2, 2026. That is a live quote for one pair of dates. It is not a rate card and it will read differently tomorrow.
Three more lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish no rate at all, because they have no working website, checked on September 2, 2026. The Capri Motel's domain, caprimoteltwinfalls.com, is not registered. The Verisign RDAP lookup returns a 404, and the regional tourism board still links that dead address.
That is not a criticism of how anybody runs a motel. Plenty of good ones never needed a website. Here is the count, though.
